Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are designed to be brief and understandable and hopefully will help avoid any misunderstanding.
Bookings are made for an agreed Weekly Hourly Tutor Session for a Term. When making a booking, or continuing tuition into the next Term, you are agreeing to attend and pay for the Weekly Hourly Tutor Session for the whole of that Term. The dates for each Term will be published on the Accelerate Tuition website or notified to you in advance.
One off tutor sessions can be agreed during holidays and weekends and these are agreed advance by mutually agreement.
Each Term typically covers 5 to 7 weeks are linked to local secondary school half term periods.
Weekly Hourly Tutor Session
Hourly are typically held after school on Mondays to Fridays at the following times:
3.45pm to 4.45pm
4.50pm to 5.50pm
5.55pm to 6.55pm
7pm to 8pm
Fees and Invoicing
The tuition fees are currently £35 per hour for one to one tuition and £30 group tuition per student. The tuition fees are invoiced at the end of the month for the number of tutor sessions that you have agreed to attend in that month, whether you have attended the sessions or not. If the fees are amended, this will only happen at the start of a half termly period and you will be given a minimum of 30 day’s notice of a change.
Payment of invoices should be made within 14 days of the invoice date by bank transfer to the following bank account:

If payment is not made on time, your booking for the Weekly Hourly Tutor Session can be cancelled and offered to someone on the waiting list.
In making a booking you are agreeing to pay for the whole of the Term, regardless of whether the agreed Hourly Tutor Session is attended or not. Non-attendance for any reason will not result is a reduction fees due. Only if non-attendance is due to illness or advance notice of more than one week of a school parents evening, an attempt will be made to reschedule to the session to another mutually agreeable time for only the first session missed in that Term. There will be no attempt to reschedule any other sessions. To be clear, all non-attended sessions will be invoiced in the month it was scheduled to take place, irrespective of whether or when a rescheduled session takes place.
